Beginning with a morning tour to the local market, a guide from Aditya will take you through picking the freshest of fresh ingredients. Once you have returned to the Aditya kitchen, a chef will instruct you on preparation of a typical Sri Lankan meal that will be ready for you to dig into, right on time for lunch.
